The $400 registration fee includes one ticket to the banquet, one copy of the proceedings, and coffee breaks throughout the conference. Additional banquet tickets may be purchased for $60. You may also register for the DD20 Short Course. The $40 fee for the course covers coffee breaks and lunch for Sunday, Feburary 6.
