Conditional regularity for solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations

We consider sufficient conditions for regularityof Leray-Hopf solutions of the Navier-Stokes equation. By aresult of Neustupa and Panel, a Leray-Hopf weak solution isregular provided a single component of the velocity isbounded. In this talk we will survey existing and presentnew results on one component and one directionregularity. We will also show global regularity for a classof solutions of the Navier-Stokes equation in thindomains. This is a joint work with M. Ziane.
